Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University graduating Summa Cum Laude. She earned her master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University, as well.
Jennifer has ten years of experience working with children and adolescents from ages 3-18 within the school setting and has a strong background working with families, promoting healthy living and relationships within the family system and the community in which they live. She uses a variety of treatment modalities to best meet individual needs. She has encountered a wide array of disorders and has experience with: attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, and depression.
Jennifer has an easy-going and genuine personality that helps build the therapeutic connection. Her approach to therapy is building a strong therapeutic relationship and encouraging clients to be active participants in their own process of healing and growing. She believes everyone has an important story to share and with empathy and curiosity she walks alongside the client to navigate the challenges they face. Jennifer is dedicated to the provision of a strengths based, family-centered services to strengthen individuals and support families.
