Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Her Bachelor’s Degree is in Psychology from Clarke University, and her graduate degree is in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University. Sarah has experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, families, and young adults.
Sarah specializes in working with individuals who have anxiety, depression, mood disorders, interpersonal conflict, along with various other social, behavioral, emotional, and developmental problems. Sarah often uses CBT, ACT, and Client Centered approaches while working with individuals and families to support their personal needs. She also incorporates play therapy to connect with children. Sarah values the importance of building a strong and trustworthy therapeutic relationship. She will collaborate with other resources, if requested, to ensure successful treatment.
