Allyse is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and serves as Chief Executive Officer, bringing a strong foundation in clinical excellence together with strategic leadership at Riverview. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from the Clinical/Community Mental Health program at Western Illinois University and graduated Cum Laude from the Honors Program at Augustana College with a degree in Psychology, Pre-Medicine, and Biology.
In addition to her academic training, Allyse completed specialized clinical training in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for Eating Disorders at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Her professional background includes extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families, as well as participating in and leading numerous mental health presentations focused on community education, prevention, and healthy living.
As CEO, Allyse oversees organizational strategy, clinical quality, and program development to ensure accessible, ethical, and evidence-based care. She brings a deep understanding of diverse clinical needs, including depression, anxiety, attention and focus concerns, autism spectrum disorders, and self-injury, which informs her leadership approach and commitment to high standards of care. She is dedicated to building collaborative, family-centered systems that strengthen individuals, support families, and positively impact the broader community.
