Riverview utilizes a HIPAA compliant, easy-to-use telehealth platform via our client portal. While most insurance companies cover telehealth services, we encourage you to contact your insurance company to see if telehealth for mental health is an option for you based on your medical insurance plan. Telehealth clients must be physically within the State of Illinois at the time of service.

Telehealth is great option for: 

• College students – Perfect for students living away at a College or University located in Illinois
• Transportation obstacles – Clients who are unable to attend in-clinic sessions due to transportation, time, or childcare (single parent, working parent, and/or parent with limited resources)
• Long Distances – Clients who are in rural settings, telehealth may be a great option for you and your family
