Her background includes extensive work in schools as a high school and junior high counselor and teacher, giving her unique insight into the needs of youth and families. Now fully focused on private practice, she offers compassionate, empowering, and tailored care to every client.

She draws from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other modalities to meet each client’s unique needs.
