Nick Fleming is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned his Master of Arts from Northwestern University’s Family Institute Graduate School. Throughout his training and clinical work, he has remained grounded in a set of core values, most notably hope, alongside kindness, acceptance, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. These principles continue to shape his work as a therapist.

Nick’s areas of focus include adolescent concerns, anxiety management, and depression. His approach is informed by both his academic background and his broader life experiences, allowing him to connect with clients in a thoughtful and culturally attuned way.

Prior to becoming a counselor, Nick completed both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Communication Studies at Northern Illinois University. This foundation continues to influence his clinical perspective, particularly his appreciation for the ways people use stories to make meaning of their lives, relationships, and emotional experiences.
