Rebecca Gary is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She completed her Bachelor’s of Arts in Human Services through Columbia College and earned her Master’s in Social Work through the University of Southern California.
Rebecca has worked in a variety of settings including residential centers, community mental health, healthcare and outpatient. These arenas have provided Rebecca with experience in creating a safe nonjudgmental space for individuals and family members to face the “tough stuff” and gain greater understanding about their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Rebecca’s work in residential and community mental health have prepared her in navigating child, adolescent and family challenges; she recognizes the pressures of parenting as well as the stress related to being an adolescent in today’s world.

Rebecca uses an integrated approach with clients, honoring their individuality and customizing treatment according to their strengths, needs and goals. Some of her clinical interests include the following: anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, life transitions and self compassion. She enjoys providing a combination of education, strategies and support, through evidence-based practices.
